STAUFF QRC-HI screw couplings for pressures up to 720 bar with a highly effective zinc-nickel based corrosion protection coating. Hydraulic hand pumps can easily provide pressures of several hundred bar. For this and other applications, e.g. in rescue hydraulics, STAUFF has a screw coupling in its extensive range that has been specially developed for very high operating pressures. Available in nominal sizes from DN 6.3 to DN 10, the QRC-HI series is suitable for pressures up to 720 bar and nominal flow rates up to 20 l/min (depending on the nominal size in each case) with a highly effective zinc-nickel-based corrosion protection coating. Opening and closing is performed by a cone valve. Alternatively, the user can also use a variant with a ball valve (QRC-HIB series). Connect and disconnect is also possible under residual pressure. The screw coupling is particularly suitable for Industrial Hydraulic, Rescue and Tensioning Hydraulics.
