Flat and round steel U-bolts made of steel and stainless steel

The design of the round steel U-bolts and flat steel U-bolts from STAUFF with two threads is ideal for adapting to the exact outer diameter of the lines. They are available with or without a plastic tube support/saddle and are suitable for common diameters between 25 and 521 mm.  

Round steel U-bolts and flat steel U-bolts are used in particular for horizontal, vertical or suspended attaching of tubes, masts or posts as well as signs and other construction elements on steel beams, profiles and brackets or mounting rails. Round steel U-bolts and flat steel U-bolts are also used for building fences and erecting scaffolding. 

These clamps are typically manufactured from plain/uncoated steel or galvanised, blue-chromate plated steel. Alternatively, round steel U-bolts and flat steel U-bolts are also available in stainless steel V4A 1.4401/1.4571 (AISI 316/316 Ti). Polypropylene (PP) or polyamide (PA) is used as the material for the tube supports.
